I called and reported my issue, and they had someone to my house within just a couple hours. Katey came and quickly diagnosed the problem, and then explained my options. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to replace a part and get my furnace up and running again in a very efficient manor. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

American Heating and Air Conditioning was a prayer answered and a blessing to work with. Our heat pump decided to break down right when the coldest weather arrived. The Lima office staff was so kind, professional, and prompt. Rex, our techician, was soon out, located a freon leak, and made arraigements to fix it when the weather was less threatening. Once it was repaired, the price was reasonable. When the coil developed a leak, the next day, Rex was back, informed management of the situation, American contacted the manufacturer and convinced them to cover it under warranty, saving us a couple of thousand. We were also given a break on service labor which further saved us money. Not only did American save us quite a bit of money, but they became a hvac company that we will have faith in. Thank you, American Heating and Air Conditioning!

Wyatt came to our home when our furnace wasn't functioning on a near zero degree day. He arrived when I was told he would, which was the same day I called within 5 hours.He quickly assessed the problem with our malfunctioning thermostat, serviced our furnace and gave me his impression of the state of our 21-year-old furnace (It was still in pretty good shape overall) and his recommendation that when we replace our furnace that it be with a Bryant furnace.Wyatt was personable and the price for the service was reasonable and well-done.I will definitely call this company the next time I need help with heating/air conditioning.Michael K. I received a Rheem Econet Thermostat text message that my furnace had a failure with a high pressure switch. I called American Heating and had a technician (Rex) at my door within 2 hours. Rex promptly diagnosed and troubleshot the furnace and found two mechanical issues within 15 minutes. He immediately called for replacement parts, went to get them, and returned promptly to fix and correct my problem. Rex thoroughly explained the root cause, impact, and what he did to get the furnace operational. He even suggested and sold me on an affordable Yearly Service plan they offer. A shout out to American Heating, the girls in the office who got me taken care of and on the radar immediately. I highly recommend Rex the technician, he did a very thorough professional job, had a great attitude, and very professional communication skills. I expect him back in April now to service my AC unit for summer. Thank you Rex, I highly recommend you and American Heating & Cooling..!!! Great job.

This place is absolutely incredible my main water line broke on my freezer refrigerator water leaking everywhere couldn't get it to turn off call them talk to the manager he was able to squeeze me in first thing at 7:00 in the morning he sent a young man by the name of Wyatt very professional I would recommend anyone who need to use these people to come out and use their services they are incredible I would recommend all my family and friends to use them number one in Lima Ohio

We were in need of not only a new air conditioner unit but our furnace as well. I found American Heating and Air Conditioning through a Google search online and after reading several reviews, called them and Scott stopped to go over the different models and took his time to explain their features etc. Susan helped so much with all of our questions and was so polite and professional. When the installation crew, Kevin and Matt, arrived, they were friendly and professional, always cleaning up after their work and took the time to help answer any questions I had about the installation process. By the time they had finished the installation, I felt as if they were a little extended family. American Heating & Air Conditioning I could not recommend more highly and I do not say that lightly, but I do enjoy giving credit where credit is due. Thank you American Heating team! You knocked it out of the park and I highly recommend you and your services!

Furnace stopped working and a call was made at 7:30 am. I declined emergency service, and service tech arrived around 10:00 am. Service tech Steve was very knowlegable on Bryant furnaces, and diagnosed the problem. He had service parts on his truck and fixed the problem. American heating is a great group of honest guys. I would recommend American Heating to get the job done right.
